THE DESTINATION COMPONENTS

Eco-Lodge, Gastronomy, Wellness: The Pillars of Experience

An integrated ecosystem where every element enriches the guest's overall experience.

Introduction

An exceptional destination is judged by the quality of its facilities and the coherence of its offerings. NONESAVANH has been designed as an integrated whole, where each component enriches the guest's overall experience.

Across our 7 hectares, we have designed every space to create perfect harmony between luxurious comfort, cultural authenticity, and environmental respect. Here are the four pillars that will make NONESAVANH an unforgettable destination.

1. The Luxury Eco-Lodge (20 to 30 Units)

The heart of the project. High-end villas and bungalows scattered across the hill to guarantee absolute privacy and panoramic views of the valley and the Mekong River.

Key Features:

Bioclimatic Architecture: Designed to maximize natural ventilation and light, minimizing the need for air conditioning. Each unit is oriented to capture natural breezes and offer breathtaking views.

Noble and Local Materials: Precious wood, natural stone, bamboo, and Lao textiles sourced from the artisans of Donglangkham and Sanasomboune. We prioritize sustainable materials and traditional construction techniques.

Absolute Comfort: King-size beds with premium linens, natural stone bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, private terraces with hot tubs or plunge pools, minibar with local products.

Guaranteed Privacy: Each unit is spaced to preserve guest privacy, with private pathways and buffer vegetation.

2. Gastronomy & Community Market

A promise fulfilled to the villagers who gave us our name.

The Gourmet Restaurant:

- Market-driven cuisine celebrating Lao terroir products, elevated by modern techniques and refined presentation.

- Our chef will work in an ultra-short supply chain, with over 80% of ingredients coming from our organic garden or local producers within a 20 km radius.

- Tasting menus showcasing regional specialties: Mekong fish, fragrant Lao rice, local aromatic herbs, Bolaven Plateau spices.

- Selective wine cellar featuring international crus and local spirits (Lao whisky, artisanal rum).

The Organic Garden:

- A 5,000 m² permaculture garden supplying the restaurant with aromatic herbs, vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers.

- Sustainable cultivation techniques: composting, crop rotation, beneficial plant associations, drip irrigation.

- Educational space where guests can participate in organic gardening workshops and discover Lao medicinal plants.

The Local Market:

- A dedicated covered space where farmers and artisans from Donglangkham and Sanasomboune villages can sell their products directly to visitors.

- Products offered: fresh fruits and vegetables, traditional crafts (weaving, basketry, pottery), local culinary specialties, medicinal plants.

- A percentage of sales will be donated to a community development fund jointly managed with the village committees.

3. The Holistic Wellness Center & Spa

A sanctuary dedicated to the regeneration of body and mind.

Traditional Lao Treatments:

Traditional massages (Nuad Boran) practiced by therapists trained in ancestral techniques.

Therapies using local medicinal plants harvested from our organic garden or from traditional healers.

Wellness rituals combining massage, aromatherapy, and guided meditation.

Meditation and Yoga Spaces:

Three pavilions open to nature, built from wood and bamboo, designed for yoga, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness.

Daily yoga and meditation classes led by certified instructors.

Customized wellness retreats (3, 5, or 7 days) combining treatments, yoga, meditation, and detox nutrition.

Infinity Pool:

A 25-meter infinity pool integrated into the natural slope of the hill, creating the illusion of swimming above the jungle and valley.

Relaxation area with shaded loungers, fresh beverage service, and healthy snacks.

180° panoramic views of the rice fields and Champasak mountains.

Complementary Facilities:

Traditional sauna and hammam with local aromatic plants.
