THE PROJECT
Beyond Accommodation: A Regenerative Destination
Imagine a destination where luxury is not measured by marble or ostentation, but by authenticity, space, and harmony with nature.
NONESAVANH is not a standard resort. It is a living ecosystem designed across 7 hectares, where architecture gracefully steps back to let the beauty of Southern Laos shine, where gastronomy tells the story of the terroir, and where every element serves a purpose beyond profit.
What Makes Us Different:
- 36 existing rooms (8 circular cottages) ready for renovation
- Circular architecture inspired by Feng Shui and African aesthetics
- Existing infrastructure: restaurant, excavated pools, natural pond
Legal compliance: Official opening certificates (2014 & 2016)
Community anchoring: Named by the villagers of Donglangkham and Sanasomboune
The Vision: A regenerative destination that combines senior accommodation, eco-tourism, local commerce, and sustainable agriculture (aquaponics) — creating a resilient ecosystem that benefits investors, visitors, and local communities alike.
SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE

THE COMPONENTS
THE GLOBAL VISION
NONESAVANH is not just a resort; it is a self-sustaining ecosystem designed across 7 hectares of titled land. Our master plan integrates hospitality, eco-tourism, and local commerce into a harmonious circular architecture inspired by Feng Shui
Unlike greenfield projects, NONESAVANH is already built. We offer 36 operational rooms across 8 circular cottages, a main administrative villa, and two large excavated pool structures ready for finishing. The heavy infrastructure is done; the value creation is next
The centerpiece of our project is a massive circular restaurant (100m²) featuring professional kitchens, an IT space, and a karaoke lounge. Eco-Design: Note the central bar crafted entirely from local bamboo—a testament to our commitment to sustainable, locally sourced materials. Status: Fully structured and previously operational (2014-2016), ready for modernization to international standards.
